Logokey is a brand new product for cross sales to your existing locksmith network!

Logokey it is a detachable key head of any shape with any logo, art design, sign, symbol, flags, animals, flies, insects, music instruments, auto, moto, formula 1, etc. and also a real jewelry or faux bijoux that fits to all the keys that a locksmith has in his store.

There are 2 kinds of logokeys to trade:

Logokeys with logos from football, basketball, baseball, (sport teams in general), car, Fashion, Celebrity, Music, Marvel, Disney that we will have the licence to use their logo on the logokeys
Generic logokeys of a few shapes which are personalized by a special sticker with a photo of anything you can imagine.

The Technology

The factory key is formed to a specific shape and then plugged into the logokey head where it is secured firmly into it by a pin.

Cutting method

In the present state of the art, each key has a key head and a key blade with a flat neck or a cylindrical stem. The cutting method is about cutting and shaping the factory key head or the stem of the key in such a way so that the key blade fits exactly into the socket of the detachable identification key head where it is fixed with a metal pin and immobilized.

This process can be done in 3 ways:
Option 1. On existing manual key machines with the use of adapter

Option 2. On existing electronic key machines (Silca, Keyline, Jma) with the use of adapter

Option 3. On a specially built super-fast double spindle fully automatic CNC logokey machine where it forms any key in less than 60 seconds.

To fix the key in the clamp
To press start

For the automatic CNC logokey machines we have created a software so that they work exclusively with tokens (Credits) for the formation of the keys. Each formation of a key equals one token.

Logokeys

Locksmiths in order to become Logokey points may start by buy adapters for their existing key machines and a stand with a range of logokeys.

As an official LogoKey point they will have in addition benefits with new high-class customers from other market points of sale such as Sport funclubs, car manufacturers, fashion houses, etc. who will come to the logokey point to do the key formation plus new key copies and cross sales.
