Logokey aims to expand to the worldwide market as soon as possible. This is the reason why we are looking for licensing partners.

Existing key identifiers do not fit all different key heads. Art keys exist only for 3-4 basic key profiles. Stocking an art key collection for every available key profile comes at very high costs cost. Existing keys also do not combine with electronic systems.

Logokey however overcomes all these problems since it’s a detachable key head of any shape with any logo or design that fits all types of keys.
This is an unprecedented new technology.

It’s the only product in the market that you can place any logo, art designs, flags, animals, flies, insects, music instruments, auto, moto, formula 1, logos etc. or even real jewelry or faux bijoux on to any key. It is also the only product that a locksmith may use with all the keys he has in his store.

The Technology

The factory key is formed to a specific shape and then plugged into the logokey head where it is secured firmly into it by a pin.

The Licensing Terms

In the terminology of patents, Logokey is the Licensor and those who have bought rights for a country are the licensees. For example: You can buy exclusive licensee of the patent in the Netherlands. You will then hold an exclusive country license (patent rights) to use and distribute Logokeys.

There are 3 categories of licenses that Logokey can grant:

1st category: Exclusive patent rights for a country with the production of the logokeys.
2nd category: Exclusive patent rights for a country without the production of the logokeys.
3rd category: Nonexclusive patent rights for a country without the production of the logokeys.

Those who have already bought a license of a country will have a connection to our website to monitor the sales in their country to brand names, agents(distributors) and locksmiths (and maybe they can also register a new registration).

Exclusive exploitation license main terms

Exclusive exploitation license for a country.
The exploitation license may be valid from 2 years with the chance of renewal.
The price will depend on the population of the country and there will be entrance fees, plus royalties per year.
In case of first category license the Licensor provides the Licensee with the 3D designs.
In case of second and third category the Licensee orders to the Licensor the amount of key heads needed.
The Licensor provides the Licensee with the cutting machine at a wholesale cost + training.
An order usually takes 3 months to be completed.
The mandatory minimum time gap between two different orders is one week.
The Licensor provides the Licensee with demos for free for the teams that are already made or with extra cost for every new request. The Licensee will pay for the head pieces, the molds, the annual renewal fees of the patent in the referred country, also the creation of any new 3D printed design ordered by the Licensee and the 3D print prototypes.

Advertising and its cost are not a duty of the Licensor.
